Arrive in Athens, check in at the hotel and lunch in a local tavern
You will meet our guide in Athens, waiting for you at the hotel. As there not any activity included this day we will have a short walk tour in the lively area of downtown Athens, go for a dinner in a local tavern. and have a tour briefing from the guide.Meals included: Dinner
Visit ancient Corinth, discover Nemea the famous wine producing area of GreeceJust an hour and a half driving from Athens we arrive in Ancient Corinth. Dating back to 3000BC, Corinth was once an important city-state and trade center with an impressive history. We will explore the archaeological site and then we will move towards a nearby beach for a swim and later to taste fresh fish in a local tavern. After lunch, it is time to visit Nemea the famous wine producing area of Greece. We will have a tour in one of the areas winery and taste some of the best local wines.

Visit the archaeological site of Epidavros, arrive and explore the city of Nafplio and the castle
After breakfast, an hour's drive from Nemea we arrive at the archaeological site of Epidaurus. We visit the ancient theater, probably the most beautiful and best preserved of its kind. Built in the 4th century, due to its excellent acoustics and condition, the ancient theater is still used today. Later, we move to the beautiful town of Nafplio, the first capital of modern Greece (1821) after the Greek revolution .The Old Town’s heart, with its maze of narrow streets, the stunning neoclassical buildings, provides an ideal opportunity to walk and explore it. Last but not least is the visit to the famous Venetian fortress of Palamidi, a true architectural masterpiece. Built during the Venetian occupation in 1687, and perched above Nafplio you can admire great view of the area.

Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mystras, visit Diros cavesAfter breakfast, It is time to take the van and visit the archaeological site of Mystras. Built on the slopes of Taygetos mountain, Mystras was the most powerful fortified Byzantine city of the Peloponnese from the 13th to the 15th century. A visit at the Castle of Mystras takes the visitor on a journey in time. A landscape that generously offers an unprecedented cultural experience and awakens the senses.
Later we move south, to visit the amazing Diros caves. The cavе сomplex cоnsists οf threе cаves but only twо οf them, Vlусhada аnd Alеpotrypa are оpen to visitors. The routе thrоugh the caves inсludеs wаlking thrοugh narrow passаges and a bоat tour in the lаке thrοugh cave tunnels. The boats take you to various chambers and tunnels, with myriads of bright white, pink, and red stalactites, as well as grey and white pillars.
After the caves, if time permits it, we cannot miss a relaxing swim in the nearby beach. We will end our day in Kardamyli town.Meals included: Breakfast, LunchSea kayak in Kardamyli, visit Methoni seasside villageToday we will visit sea caves and discover idyllic beaches by sea kayaking. This activity is suitable for beginners and families. We keep a stable and comfortable paddling pace and there's sufficient rest time during our stops.
Before departure, our qualified kayak leader will brief you on trip details, kayak paddling techniques and safety measures. Soon we get into our kayaks and begin a coastal exploration at a relaxed paddling pace.
One of the top attractions of this trip is a visit to the Blue Cave. A spectacular natural phenomenon where sunlight passing through a crack in the cave reflects on the sea floor and bathes the entire cave in aquamarine light. A swim into the cave is a must do and a lifetime experience.
After the sea kayak we will move towards Methoni a beautiful picturesque seaside village of Messinia dominated by the well-preserved medieval castle with its high walls. We will have a dinner and end our day there.Meals included: Breakfast, Snack lunch, DinnerSwim in Nedas waterfalls, relax on Elaias beach, arrive in OlympiaΤoday after breakfast we will drive aprx. 1 hour towards Neda river, a place of natural beauty, amazing landscapes and magnificent waterfalls. Free time to have a swim on the natural swimming pools created by the numerous waterfalls of the area. If the group is ready to hike there is also a possibility for a river trekking, in order to get a full experience of the place.
We will then move, an hour driving,to Elaia a golden beach with blue waters. Free time for everyone to relax and then we will have our lunch in a local tavern by the sea.
Our final destination for this day is Olympia village, an hour driving distance, where we will spend the rest of the day without any activitiesMeals included: Breakfast
Explore Olympia archaeological site, stop for a swim on the way back to AthensAfter breakfast, we visit the archaeological site of Olympia. Located in western Peloponnese, ancient Olympia one of the most celebrated ancient Greek sanctuaries, became the most important religious and athletic centre in Greece. Olympia is the birthplace of the Olympic games which began on these very grounds. Started around the year of 776 BCE and repeated every four years for centuries thereafter.
On our way back to Athens, we will stop for a nice refreshing swim at Selianitika seaside village and enjoy some special, local delicatessen on a local tavern by the sea.
Evening time we will be arriving in Athens. Check in at the hotel and if everyone wants we go in a local place for dinner, for a debriefing of the journey.Meals included: Breakfast

During this journey we will stay in cozy family run hotels, ranked as 3 star. The accommodation will be based on double occupancy and if you are travelling by yourself, you will be paired up with another single client of the same sex. Food and water in Greece
Greek food is absolutely excellent and very healthy. It is a huge part of Greek culture. The colourful Mediterranean diet of tasty dishes alongside a fantastic range of fresh vegetables and salads, the excellent ingredients, the lengthy procedure involved in preparing the food, the culture of sharing dishes with others, eating with friends or with the family, it is social event where you get to share a lot more than just food.
Breakfasts will be taken at the overnight guesthouses, buffet style and usually they offer bred, jam, honey, local yogurt, traditional homemade pies, fresh juices, coffee and tea.
Dinners usually include starters, fresh salad and of course local recipes and delicatessens.
